My way

We try to belong all our lives to somewhere.
But we belong to ourselves,
We belong to life, now.
We try to be something, absorb the way of life.
But there is no other way except now.
We try to listen to our inner child.
It might have been lost for long in our thoughts,
But with us all along.
We only can discover our own way.
Our own way to walk,
Our own way to talk,
To dance, to love
And to laugh.

Simply: Life

So many thoughts came to my mind
So many feelings reflected after a rainy day and a restless night
But I opened my feelings to the world
To witness a story of life that was there to be told
I looked beside the road I had taken
And the moment showed the beauty that was never lost or broken
In this tree there is a life
In this web of a creature so bright
There is nothing more we need to be
To tell the story of a life that we see
There is nothing there that we want from life
But the life itself that needs us to create light

For my lovely Ameeba couple

I had guests for few weeks now
Lately, though, they have really put up a show.
At first they were a lovely couple
Called Mr. and Ms. Ameeba and they didn’t cause any trouble.
They came to celebrate the rain season
Knowing that I’d entertain them without a reason.
I fed them well and they put on a lot of weight
And before I noticed they locked themselves inside my belly gate.
I started to lose my kilograms
As they kept enjoying the cookies I had ate with some jam.
I started to think:
Those beasts
They really have a feast on my body parts.
I gave them a simply diet
Explaining they’d better lose weight and be silent.
But they kept on complaining,
Fighting with each other in the home I gave them.
And before I had time to take action
Ms. Ameeba had moved into the right side of the belly apartment section.
She kept on the fights at night
Yelling Mr. Ameeba across the hallway of colon all the way to the other side.
They kept on shouting, fighting and mourning,
So that I was awake until the early morning.
So, finally I took action and told them straight
Listen: this is the end of your holiday debate.
It is okay to have you as guests,
But enough is enough,
now, move out from my belly and give me a rest.
